The men's Velez jacket is one of Paramo's lighter weight jackets. It has been carefully designed for the outdoor enthusiast who likes a bit of active outdoor pursuits, such as mountain biking climbing, hiking and back packing. For this reason the Velez is harness and backpack compatible. All openings are easy one glove operational too.
The lightweight Velez jacket has a mesh lining to actively encourage more airflow throughout and plenty of options with regards to ventilation, such as forward facing mesh arm vents, Two 'dual phase' chest pockets that can be used as either pockets or as extra ventilation. There are two OS Map sized chest pockets that can be accessed through the outside zip - one of which has a second security pocket inside.
It's not just incredibly breathable either, the Velez uses Anology technology which is not only 100% waterproof but also incredibly breathable too. Standard waterproof systems get rid of 20% of the bodies moisture, Anology gets rid of 80%. Its also directional which means it's been designed to get rid of water as quickly and effeciently as possible.
