At BCH Camping we live and breath walking. We all love walking and know just how important it is to be comfortable when out for a days hike, or longer.
It has been medically proven that using a walking pole (or two) takes the stress off your joints, working from your ankle, to your knee, to your hip, right through to your back.
At BCH Camping we are proud stockists of Leki and Vango Walking poles. Vango are our entry level walking pole, offering you poles that can be purchased seperately without costing you the earth. These are an ideal introduction if you have never used a walking pole before, or if you want just one pole to use every now and again.
Our premium range of walking poles are from Leki, long established as the 'go to' walking pole, Leki have a great reputation for build quality and longevity. Sold mostly in pairs, Leki poles can be used either as extra support with back/hip problems, or for extra support when coming down something steep. If you are walking over long distances 'on the flat', then two poles can really help you motor on.
