The Outdoor Revolution Camp Star 500XL Air is a large, spacious 5 person, inflatable tent that is unrivalled in the market place for its innovation, specification and outstanding value for money.
Firstly this great tent comes as a bundle deal, So what do you get? Well, for starters you obviously get the tent, but as part of the bundle deal you also get a comfy under foot carpet for that added luxury and a footprint to protect the underside of your tent. All thrown in as part of the deal.
Lets have a closer look at the tent itself. Firstly it's important to point out that the outer fabric is an impressive 120 HDE which is not only very strong, but lightweight too. This fabric is 100% waterproof with a hydrostatic head of 3000mm, so if the weather turns - and sometimes it does here in Blighty, you can rest assured you'll stay dry.
Lets have a look inside. The first thing you'll notice is the large front porch. Easily big enough to sit under, sip your favourite tipple and enjoy the view. This porch can be fully closed, fully opened, or half opened as a standard door width. As you move through the porch you come to the living area. With it's fully sewn in groundsheet, this area is really large and will accommodate a table and chairs should you wish. There is a rear door in the side of the living area that can be opened fully, or opened with a mesh guard to keep the air flowing, but help keep the bugs out. At the rear of the tent are the Twilight bedrooms, so called because they are darkened, so you wont wake up when the sun does. The bedrooms will sleep up to 5 adults comfortably and are set up with a divider for a 2 berth and 3 berth, but can be opened up into one large 5 berth.
In our opinion there is nothing to touch this tent at this price point and truly believe that the Camp Star 500XL is great value for money.
