The women's Lightline jacket is an all time great and a market leader when it comes to a lightweight, warm, technical down jacket.
Made from ethically sourced, pure duck down which is held in place by stitched through baffles, the Lightline retains it's warmth and loft and doesn't allow gaps which can lead to cold areas. the fill is a very warm and snuggly 700 fill power, so coping with the cold is a breeze.
The outer fabric is made using Drilite 40d shell which is very light and offers great water resistant qualities. Please note however that the Lightline is not fully waterproof. If heavy rain is forecast, you'd better bring your shell.
The hood is fully adjustable both form the sides and from a volume adjuster at the back, with a really good, stiff peak to it. The hood can also be removed completely when not required.
All the zips are superb quality YKK throughout and can be found on the main front zip (two way), the two side handwarmer pockets, and the internal pocket. All of the above and it even stuffs down into it's own little stuff sack which is included with the jacket.
Ideal for mountaineering, winter walking, trekking or simply keeping warm whilst walking to work, or into town. It just so happens that it looks really good too.
