The men's Microlight Alpine Jacket from Rab is an absolute favourite with our BCH customers. A classic quality hooded down jacket that is very warm for it's weight, thanks to it's 700 Fill Power recycled down filling. This down is not only fluoracarbon free, but has also been treated with a hydrophobic aid, which allows the down to maintain it's loft, even when wet.
Although this jacket is very warm, it is still thin enough to wear underneath a waterproof shell, and that's the beauty of this great jacket. If its cold and dry then you can wear it as an outer. If it's really cold and wet, you can wear it underneath your waterproof. Perfect for whatever the winter throws at you.
The outer material is made using recycled 30d Pertex Quantum which offers water resistance, but be aware it is not 100% waterproof, so anything more than a quick shower, or light drizzle then you will need to put your waterproof over, it as described above.

Orders received before 12pm can be processed for next day delivery we will telephone you if this service is not achievable for your particular order.
