The Joro Air 450 Sentinel Eco Dura tent is part of Vango’s Earth Collection of products that include tents, sleeping bags, rucksacks and furniture. All Earth Collection items are made from environmentally friendly fabrics that have been created using single-use plastics.

So, what is the ‘package’? Vango have included a groundsheet protector with this tent to extend its lifespan. This means you can use the tent holiday after holiday knowing that the groundsheet of the tent is better protected from dirt, rough ground and sharp stones.

High performance technology

The technology behind the Vango Joro Air 450 Sentinel Eco Dura tent is outstanding:

• Sentinel Eco Dura fabric – made from recycled, single use plastic, the fabric has a HH (hydrostatic head) of 4000mm. This means a column of water on top of the tent would have to exceed 4000mm before it penetrates the fabric. So basically it’s 100% waterproof!
• AirBeam S.I Pro® Single Point Inflation System – this is designed to make pitching much easier. The whole tent inflates in under 10 minutes
• Midnight bedrooms – premium darkened fabric that keeps daylight out of bedrooms
• Tinted Diamond Pro windows – these windows are thicker than standard windows, yet they still provide a crystal clear view
• Waterproof PE groundsheet – hardwearing and robust
• ColourLok – facilitates colour retention of the fabric against UV rays
• Fire retardant fabrics that meet EN5912 safety standards.

• The tent has two king size bedrooms to the rear that provide 70cm of sleeping space per person, so they comfortably accommodate four adults
• There is a large canopy to the front of the tent that offers storage space or somewhere to sit and relax
• Weather tested to standard EN ISO 5912, the tent is suitable for use in wet conditions
• There are several lantern hanging points and toggled privacy curtains that can be rolled away when not being used
• The flysheet seams are fully factory taped so that the tent is sealed water tight.
