For example, when your four legged friend needs to go for a walk, no matter what the weather, you have to go for a walk. The same goes for walking to work, or nipping to the shops, you may not want to be out in it, but you need to, and you want to stay dry.
The Vihar jacket is the perfect answer to the conundrum above. Made using 2 layer Gore-tex, the men's Vihar Jacket from Sprayway is 100% waterpoof, windproof and breathable, but without all the bells and whistles. It also won't break the bank.
